I would like to attend a “Ship On Day One” workshop. It’s a two-day leadership session for tech leaders, facilitated by engineers from the world’s top tech companies.

At the sessions, I’ll learn a framework to quickly achieve our DevOps and Continuous Delivery goals. At end of the sessions I’ll be able to:

1. Align the team around a common vision for DevOps.

2. Quickly communicate with partners and stakeholders.

3. Make the right investments to get quick wins that will contribute to the business objectives.

I’ll also come back with a presentation I can give to the rest of the team on the framework and approach so we can scale it across the entire team.

The cost is $1,999 per ticket, and I estimate travel and airfare to be an additional $800 per person.
